OTA not working. Flash bin?

Hi

How do I flash a bin file to the BLE gateway? The OTA is not working.

The OTA update for my BLE gateway v4 is not working. I am on Firmware Version 1.2.5.22, Hardware Version 4.0

I tried Gateway Config Tool for Windows v1.3.14 and 1.3.22 and the android version

Did you update the firmware ok? It seems you have a gateway with very old firmware version.
