Is it possible to use your iBeacon receiver for scanning different ble protocol rather than beacons with iBeacon standard?

Yes. It’s possible.
The receiver can scan for other protocol such as eddystone etc. But it need some customize work.
Is it possibile to do this modification inside the receiver’s control panel or it is necessary a firmware edit?
It need a firmware edit. Not support currently.
