GatewayConfigTool Can Not Find AB BLE Gateway V4

Hi,

I’ve recently purchased AB BLE Gateway V4, following description on quick start guide, it needs GatewayConfigTool for configuration.

Problems :
GatewayConfigTool can not find my device

Notes :

  • My laptop is running Windows 7 64Bit
  • Ethernet setup to DHCP and the adapter didn’t get IP from gateway
  • LED on ethernet is blinking Green and the other one is Yellow

Any help is appreciated.

  • Do you use the power cable we shipped?
  • What’s about the power adapter? Is it 5V/2A?
  • Please take a screenshot about config tool for pages Application, Dashboard and Network
