Hello I have a problem with config tool.

My AB BLE Gateway 4.0 is running, I can get some resposne via browser:
{“firmwareVer”:“1.1.0.20”,“hardwareVer”:“4.0”,“mac”:“30:AE:A4:91:71:14”,“sn”:9531668}

but when I open config tool, butons: “Find gateways” and “Reload” are not clickable…

check your local IP first. Does it like 192.168.xxx.xxx?

please also try the android version config tool

OK, Android app works, thanks!
In first step I’v installed app from google play, but for gateway You have to download app from Your web…
