Gateway cannot be detected when setup using WIFI

I have one gateway not able to be detected by BLEViewer and GatewayConfigTool when setup using WIFI, it can only be detected when I plug in LAN cable.

I have others gateway using the same wifi setting and same power adapter is no issue on that. Only 1 gateway giving me the issue.

Any idea how to solve this?

Do you type any blank in the SSID or passcode? You can access the config parameters by URL

see the field ssid and passcode

Nope. Both SSID and passcode should be key in correctly, as I key in the same value into other gateway was able to detect.

OK. Will take screenshot when I back to office, currently we unable to go back office.
