i got your sample of 227L and tested.
But the coverage range is almost the saem as other normal beacons.
It can be detected by the samrtphone about 30 meters away.
Is there any chnage needed on the parameter such as TX Power?

Please keep the TX power as 0dBm. It will works as 10dBm and get best effected range.
