We can not get the iOS app to change the transmit power or advertising interval. In Android, the app just crashes when you click on the beacon.
How can we correctly change the beacon settings?

Thanks! that helped, I wasn’t aware of needing to put the sensor into pairing mode before I could connect and change it. The app looks like you can go to configuration and change multiple at once without doing that but that did not work.
