Can't update fimware BLE GW v4

Hi, i can’t update fimware on BLE gateway v4 with any version config tool

Firmware Version|1.2.5.15a
Hardware Version|4.0

I try upgrade via android app, windows app, from git, try stable and development version
I want to update to get json format

Please take a screenshot about the “Dashboard” page for the gateway. We’ll try to push the OTA file for your gateway.
