BLE gateway v4 does not connect to any WIFI

Hi

Our company is evaluating this device for it’s use in our projects

After configuring it successfully , it does not connect to any wifi. We tried both WPA2 and open networks.
Here are the device details

|IP Address|172.16.1.70|

Please help troubleshooting this issue

Please update the firmware to latest v1.2.5.6 first

How To Upgrade Firmware

  • Wire the ethernet cable for gateway
  • Open the config tool, connect the gateway
  • navigate to page advance and click “Update”
  • Wait for update
