  1. Please use Arduino IDE 1.0.6
  2. Do you have any other usb line?
  3. Did you choose the board “LilyPad Arduino USB”? Did you choose the right serial port?

The atmega32u4 is difference from the Arduino UNO. You can look the Guide to the Arduino Leonardo and Micro.
