Can this sensor technically measure forces to x-y-z directions?

Hello Tech-People

I would need a sensor which has a bluetooth or wifi connection and can measure to several directions x-y-z either in gram or kg up to 3 kg.
Can this sensor make such kind of measurements?

–> for me it`s mainly important that the device can do the measurements, even if the software is not built for it.

Okay which device would you recommend?

Which type application will you use the sensor for?

The sensor should be capable to measure the force & direction which is applied to a pen.
–> A pen which is shacked in the air up-down-sidewards.
Right now I do not have a idea which sensor might be the best for it?
