Yes. The P3 is the pins for CC Debugger.

From the hole to another side, the pins are:

  • GND
  • VCC
  • DC
  • DD
  • RESET

For CC Debugger, you should wire all pins above. You also need wire the pin2 and pin9 for the jTag cable. It will provide the target voltage.
