Sync error with ESP8266 Flasher REV4

Hello,

today i received my ESP8266 Flasher Rev4.

I use the same setup to flash my ESP8266-01 board as described in the video https://vimeo.com/145965143.

But I have no success.
Is it necessary to push the flash button during the process?

Hi,

Please change the Flash Frequency to 40MHz and try again. Did you choose right serial port? A screenshot for the menu “Tools” is better.

Hi,

I have similar problem.
