Cannot configure device

Hi,
device arrived today. Plugged USB charger. Yellow LED and two red leds visible. Launched Wifi-Starter, entered SSID and password (WPA2, 2.4GHz). Pressed start. No success after a minute, instead “Configuration process timeout. Switch to AP provisioning?” (whatever this means).

What to do?

Oh, I did plug the device to my MacBook. This seems to have not enough power. I plugged it now to a real charger and could configure

Yes. Note: you must use short usb cable to provide enough power.
